The Jule Smart Pass is Dubuque’s new transit smart card. The same types of passes you’re used to buying can be loaded on this easy-to-use, reloadable card. Seniors age 65+ and residents on Medicare qualify for half-fare pricing and students qualify for free fares on The Jule. To receive your discounted card, bring your photo ID, Medicare card, or student ID to the Intermodal Transportation Center at 950 Elm St. Dubuque, IA 52001.
